Disclosures
Prices
Prices on this site, including the estimator, are ranges per foot of fence, installed, with gates, removal and slope added on. They were set from Upstate South Carolina price surveys in October 2026 and our own rates, and every job starts at $1,200. They are not quotes. We give a firm price after a look at the fence line, before any work starts.
Rules and codes
The guides summarize local fence rules from the published ordinances and codes we could check, with the source named. Rules change and HOAs add their own, so confirm with the town, county or HOA before you build; we do that on every job we take.
Photos
The photographs on this site are openly licensed pictures from Wikimedia Commons, Flickr and rawpixel, plus old postcards in the public domain. They show fences and the towns and lakes around Seneca. None of them is a picture of our own work. Each is credited below with its creator, licence and source. Some were cropped to fit the layout; pictures under a CC BY-SA licence remain under that licence in their cropped form.
